Condition of reservation and sale:
Thailand Activites (TA) is not an online sales site for activities and excursions.

TA will not be responsible in case of disputes or in case of accident, the customer must treated directly by the provider.

PAYMENT WILL BE DO DIRECTLY WITH THE PROVIDER

Cancellation and refund:
In the event that the provider should cancel the activitie:

100% of the total price will be refunded.
In the event that the customer should cancel the activitie, cancellation fees would be retained according to the following scale:
Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: the deposit amount.
Cancellation between 60 days and 30 days before departure:

50% of the total value of the package.
Cancellation less than 30 days before departure:

100% of the total value of the package.

Valid for all providers of the site.
